Happy Lappy provides internet access and laptop/iPad hire options to patrons of hospitals and hotels around Australia. Provision of these services is provided through either the hotel or hospital themselves or via the gift shops, florists, newsagents, cafe's and pharmicies located within the hospital/hotel premises, usually on the ground floor.

Happy Lappy is unique in offering this short-term internet and laptop/iPad hire in hospitals and hotels giving patients and patrons access to internet, email, movie rental, video games, TV series, and more.
